The chairman of Newton Aycliffe Youth and Community Centre has pledged to take on a 14-hour training session to raise cash.
The centre is in the final stages of an asset transfer process and, as part of NAYCC’s future planning and due to local government cuts in funding, chairman Vince Crosby has challenged himself to the marathon session to raise funds.
Vince will be doing his 14-hour training session at Newton Aycliffe Leisure Centre on Monday 25th July.
Sponsorship forms are available in the Youth and Community Centre and the Leisure Centre to help raise funds for the centre.
