The Woodham Warriors American Football team from Woodham Community Technology College continued their undefeated season with three more victories at the weekend.
The Warriors travelled to Sheffield on Saturday to take on three of their rivals in the Northern Conference.
Wins of 36-2 against the Doncaster Mustangs, 56-0 against the Durham Presidents and 36-0 against Sheffield Tomahawks ensured the undefeated season continued in style.
The Warriors have now played 42 games over the past three seasons, winning 40 and only losing two.
Woodham now have only three games to go next month before hopefully a repeat journey to the British final in August.
Head coach Jon Tait said: “I am very proud of our performances.
“We have worked very hard over the last few years to reach this level and the commitment and dedication of the players is there for all to see.”
The Warriors now travel to Durham in July to complete the regular season in the hope of staying undefeated and gaining the number one seed for the British finals on August bank holiday weekend.
As the Warriors only two defeats have come in the last two British finals, the team know that they need to go one better this year and get their hands on the coveted BritBowl trophy.
