When a babysitter is murdered just days after a dangerous patient and former Whitechapel resident escaped from a psychiatric unit, Whitechapel is once more gripped by fear. But Chandler is determined to bring the case to a close and restore Whitechapel to its once peaceful self.
Proud and Prejudiced: Monday Channel 4, 10pm
Controversial documentary which follows Tommy Robinson, leader of the English Defence League, and Sayful Islam, head of a small group of muslim extremists, who have become notorious for such acts as abusing British soldiers and burning poppies on Remembrance Day. Channel 4 have yet again gone beyond the call of television broadcasting with this insightful and thought-provoking documentary.
Horizon: The Truth About Exercise: Tuesday BBC2, 9pm
Michael Mosley investigates recent scientific research that could change the way people exercise. Expect to see a study that reveals how many people could benefit from just three minutes of high-intensity activity a week, discovery into the health benefits of walking and why some people don’t respond to exercise at all.
Kidnap and Ransom: Thursday ITV1, 9pm
In the second part of the three-part series Dominic tries in vain to negotiate the release of the hostages, he is especially worried in case the discovery that the daughter of the Foreign Secretary is on board is made.
Benidorm: Friday ITV1, 9pm
The latest series continues after last week’s opener with the guests taking part in a dancing contest organised by Solana’s new manager Joyce. Elsewhere Kenneth hires a salon assistant, but she isn’t up to the job when her first client arrives.

Coronation Street sees Carla and Leanne come to a confrontation when Simon tells Leanne that Carla has been hitting him. It is soon revealed that Simon is lying and Leanne is forced to reconsider her future.
In Emmerdale Moira is forced to put Butler’s Farm up for sale when it is revealed that John had already cashed in his endowment policy. And it may be a hard sale after Declan refuses the chance to buy the farm.
Eastenders sees Michael and Janine row after they both attend a pregnancy class and Janine leaves worried that she has driven him away for good. Quite the opposite happens, however, as he proposes to her the following day.
