Soap Watch
Coronation Street focuses on the wedding between Tracy and Steve, but as with many marriages in soap land, all doesn’t run smoothly and as the vicar asks that infamous question: “if any person here present knows of any lawful impediment”, there is Becky armed with the medical evidence that Tracy lied about her pushing her down the stairs, causing her to miscarry. What follows is nothing short of explosive.
Emmerdale sees another wedding taking place, but this time, all ends well as families are reunited and the bride and groom look set to live happily ever after. The happy bride is Charity, who has been down the aisle too many times already and the groom is Jai, who has had to face accusations of attempted murder in the lead up to the wedding.
Eastenders sees Walford rogue Phil Mitchell behind bars again with crafty Derek Branning looking to take the opportunity for social advancement by taking over the Mitchell Empire.
