Local radio station Star Radio will make a business awards event sparkle next week!
The County Durham station’s star DJ Tim Lichfield will form part of the entertainment at Aycliffe Business Park’s glitzy Make Your Mark event at the Xcel Centre on Thursday 18th September.
A high-profile guest speaker will also form part of the line-up, while organisers are planning an Oscars-style presentation of the awards.
Aycliffe firm Mantis Media has been commissioned to produce VTs on the shortlisted companies.
The presentations will include short videos on three shortlisted nominees for all 11 categories before the winners are revealed.
Some of the event’s sponsors currently include Business Durham, Hitachi Rail Europe, Sunderland University, the North East Chamber of Commerce, Ebac, the Xcel Centre, South Durham Enterprise Agency, Finley Structures, Star Radio, Shepherd Construction and Merchant Place Developments.
Tickets are now available, priced just £25 each, which have been discounted through sponsorship, and it includes a drinks arrival, three-course evening meal, table wine, photo opportunities and entertainment.
