Snakes, goats and lizards will be just some of the animals on show during a free community fun day next week.
Horndale Community Association is holding the event at Greenfield Community College on Thursday (August 15), 10am3pm.
Visitors can enjoy seeing sheep, goats rabbits and other furry animals, as well as snakes, lizards, monkeys, spiders and other creepy crawlies.
There’ll also be a bouncy castle, inflatable slide, tea cup rides, trampolines and pony rides, as well as free face painting, Professor Nincompoop, the police, army and fire brigade displays.
Tesco have also kindly supported this event by supplying hot dogs, ice creams, pop corn and even some staff!
The event has been supported by Livin, GAMP, Durham Constabulary, Tesco Pheonix Club, Great Aycliffe Town Council, Rotary Club and Greenfield Community College.
