The Newton Aycliffe pensioner who stole his neighbour’s knickers was today handed a restraining and community order.
Terence Robson, of Jackson Place, appeared at the town’s Magistrates’ Court today (Thursday 11th December).
His solicitor had previously said Robson would drink his own home-brew wine before “losing his inhibitions”.
