Darlington have signed defender Haydn Hollis on loan from Notts County until the end of the season.
The centre-back goes straight into Craig Liddle’s squad for this Saturday’s trip to Kidderminster Harriers.
Hollis spent a short spell on loan at Barrow earlier in the season, playing in the Bluebirds’ 1-0 win against Quakers at The Northern Echo Arena.
The 19-year-old was handed a one-year contract at County last summer after impressing during his two years as a scholar.
Despite being seen as a towering centre-back, arguably his biggest talent is in possession, having demonstrated superb distribution and composure with the ball at his feet.
He originally started out as a central midfielder, but was moved to the heart of defence during his time in the Magpies youth team and has never looked back.
