Kids and families in County Durham can get creative at their local library over the coming weeks at a series of art and crafts sessions.
Among the series of sessions around the county, there’s a chance to create a lino print artwork at a Newton Aycliffe day run by artists from North East-based MBC Ceramics.
Suitable for all the family, it will see participants taking photographs of nearby sights, colours and textures before creating lino cuts to use for printing.
The session in Aycliffe, aimed at children aged eight years and older, will take place from 10am to 12noon Saturday July 14 at the town’s library.
It costs cost £1 per person. For more information, visit www.durham.gov.uk/libraries
