The Pioneering Care Partnership (PCP) has been awarded ISO 9001 certification which recognises the quality of the service it delivers to customers.
ISO9001 is a rigorous set of quality standards which ensures the highest levels of service and procedures are adhered to in order to provide the best possible customer experience.
PCP’s Chief Executive Jane Hartley said: “We have always been proud of the excellent level of service we offer our clients, and are delighted that our quality management systems and service has stood up to internationally recognised standards.
“With an increasing number of commissioning bodies demanding a streamlined approach, ISO 9001 gives a very visible sign of PCP’s ongoing commitment to best practice.
“This certification can also provide our customers with the confidence that PCP adheres to the highest standards of professionalism.”
PCP is a local charity whose aim is to improve people’s health and wellbeing.
The charity is responsible for running the Pioneering Care Centre in Newton Aycliffe and a number of outreach projects in local communities across County Durham and Darlington.
