Greenfield Arts have revealed their new programme this Autumn.
The new season brings popular favourites promoting creativity and wellbeing as well as new things to try.
Their yoga sessions have proved so popular that we are now extending the offer to a second class.
Led by professional practitioner Leigh Johnson, the ten-week course supports fitness and wellbeing in a friendly and relaxed environment.
The sessions develop flexibility, connecting body and mind to make positive change and improve wellbeing.
The sessions form part of a wider programme including creative workshops, language classes and our lovely latin dance classes.
