Newton Aycliffe Under 9’s are keeping warm this winter thanks to the help of locally based pensions administrator, RPMI.
The Darlington-based organisation has sponsored the team, providing new outdoor training tops to keep the cold at bay now they are back in action after a short break from the Teesside Junior Football Alliance.
Manager Craig Turnbull said: “We would all like to thank RPMI for their sponsorship and helping the club to provide extra kit for the team.
“Many of the children have been playing with Newton Aycliffe since they were aged four or five and it has been fantastic to see them develop.
“The help we receive from the local business community helps us to ensure that we can continue to support sport in our local area into the future.”
RPMI marketing manager Catherine Paterson said: “Supporting initiatives close to where we work is important to us and it is great to get involved with the local community and see the positive impact we can have.
“We wish the team good luck as they start playing in the league again and look forward to seeing them progress.”
