Newton Aycliffe will begin the 2013-14 campaign with an evening game away at Penrith and end it in April by the sea.
To mark the Northern League’s 125th anniversary, a special ‘ground-hop’ has been set-up, which will allow fans to take in three games on the same day in Cumbria.
Aycliffe’s clash with Penrith will kick-off at 7pm, with a bus for supporters available through the club.
The season is scheduled to end on April as the Newtonians face the trip to Marske United – the same ground the club began the 2012/13 season.
There will be no Boxing Day derby this year, but the August Bank Holiday will see the Royal Blues host Bishop Auckland at Moore Lane Park while Shildon make the short trip to Aycliffe on Easter Monday (April 21st).
The reverse fixtures are on Saturday February 8th and Wednesday October 2nd respectively.
Sunderland RCA have been reprieved from relegation, with Jarrow Roofing denied promotion, and Aycliffe’s trip there takes place on Saturday December 28th.
Local rivals Crook Town have been promoted and Aycliffe’s two games against them will take place on Wednesday October 23rd (away) and Saturday January 18th (home).
All dates and kick-off times are subject to change.
