A man was arrested by police in Newton Aycliffe yesterday after being found with a bladed article and drugs.
The 36-year-old was arrested yesterday evening in Isherwood Close after concerned calls made by residents.
He was arrested and charged for possession of a controlled drug and possession of a bladed article.
