A man has been arrested by police in connection with a theft that happened at the British Legion pub.
As reported on Aycliffe Today last week, a quantity of cash was taken from the Legion, with a CCTV image published.
A 49-year-old man was arrested by the Aycliffe Serious Crime Team on Saturday – more details to follow.
