Hitachi Rail Europe has advertised a number of roles at its new rail facility in Newton Aycliffe.
The Japanese firm is in the process of recruiting more than 700 staff for its £82m factory, which was opened last September.
More than 200 jobs have already been filled as Hitachi gears up for full production later this year.
Seven positions have been advertised on the company’s website, including warehouse manager, production quality section leader, quality team member (inspector), manufacturing engineer, test technician, IT client support engineer and team member (train manufacturing).
