The case against a Newton Aycliffe woman accused of a £620,000 iPad con has been adjourned again.
Kirsty Cox, 36, first appeared at the town’s magistrates’ Court on 22nd December, charged with five counts of fraud by false representation involving £621,689, and was remanded in custody over Christmas.
Her case was adjourned on 28th December and again on 2nd January, when Cox appeared via Video Link.
It was adjourned for a fourth time this week, and Ms Cox, of Hamsterley Road in the town, will return to the town’s Magistrates next Tuesday (15th January).
