Do you know what should or shouldn’t be recycled from your household waste?
Do you wonder what happens to your waste once it has been collected?
If so, you can join the Horndale Community Association at its next meeting, when Rob McKay from Durham County Council’s waste management team will be the guest speaker.
Rob will talk about different aspects of waste management and will try answer any questions and queries.
The meeting is on Wednesday (February 6) from 6pm, with refreshments at 5.45 at Greenfield Arts Centre.
Local Councillors and hopefully representatives from Livin and your local Police will be in attendance to answer queries or ideas residents have.
“Our meetings are open to everyone and are very relaxed and welcoming,” says the group’s chair Philip Clark (pictured above).
