July 26, 2012 at 10:52 pmI hope this exciting project and it’s knock-on effect will generate work for the young talented school leavers and the unemployed in this area for years to come similar to UMM, Eaton Axles, GEC, Toothills, Woodhead Steel and many others did, although unfortunately going to the wall due to the lack of help, support and the eighties big recession. These companies have not really been replaced in their capacity with the exception of the ever increasing and apparently successful Talents’ engineering who seem to have been employing people here forever? Well done to the people who are responsible for bringing this new venture and era to the Town and surrounding area.
