G Force has given Aycliffe family firm Gregg Little Testing Centre a smart new look.
The local car garage has completed a rebranding overhaul, done by Aycliffe Business Park’s leading design and web agency, Thrive Marketing.
New signage, uniforms and stationary has all been brought into line with the new logo and welcoming colour schemes, while emphasis has been placed on the ‘G’ part of the family name.
“We absolutely love the new look and all our staff and customers do, too!” said business development manager Emma Little.
“We enjoyed working with Thrive on the project. It was also good for team building as had had a lot of meetings and brainstorming sessions involving all our staff in discussing the values of the company.
“We also chatted with lots of customers about our business, which was really interesting and helpful, and we used some of this information to move new brand forward.
“The feedback we had was that we offer amazing customer service, we have a friendly team that will go that extra mile, we offer good honest and fair advice and we’re part of the community.
“Customers also said it’s all the little things that make us stand out, as well as the expertise of our ‘happy’ team!
“While not getting away from the Gregg Little name completely and the company’s 30-year history, we wanted to modernise the look and image of the firm, which is why we’ve focused on the G part of the family name, incorporating a spanner into letter.”
Emma was introduced to Thrive Marketing after meeting at the 2014 Make Your Mark awards event – both as winners. GLTC won Service Business award and Thrive picked up the Heart of the Community award.
Emma has since become firm friends with Thrive directors Rachel Townsend Green and Johnny Woods.
“It’s been great to just take the time out to sit back and think about the company’s image and how we’re perceived by customers and potential customers,” added Emma.
“It was interesting looking at simple things such as the use of friendly colours and fonts, which I’ve probably paid little attention to before.”
Johnny added: “It’s always great when a client is as enthused as Emma has been about the scoping sessions and other creative workshops we put in place.
“The results from these meetings have been amazing and allowing all of the staff to take part results in a team that are all brand ambassadors and are also keen to make the company excel.”
To celebrate the launch of GLTC’s new image, the garage have issued a number of employee incentives for people who work on Aycliffe Business Park.
