An update on a major new development for Aycliffe Business Park will be revealed at a business event being held at Hitachi Rail Europe next week.
Attendees will get an insight into the development of the multi-million pound Forrest Park development at Aycliffe Business Park Community’s first news and networking event of 2018.
It’s due to be held at Hitachi’s £82m train assembling factory in Aycliffe on Friday January 19, from 8.15am.
The event is free to all companies on Aycliffe Business Park – and is also open to businesses based in the County Durham area for a small charge of £10.
There will be news and updates from ABPC, an opportunity to network with other guests and breakfast will be provided.
Andy Palmer, head of strategy programmes and performance at Durham County Council and chair of the joint venture company behind the Forrest Park development, will provide an update on the background to the project and progress to date.
It’s ABPC’s first news and networking event of 2018 after the Christmas break.
Other events are scheduled for later in the year, with more details available here.
