The final preparations are now being made for this year’s Great Aycliffe Show.
The event is to be held on the showfield at the Oakleaf Sports Complex on August Bank Holiday weekend, 23rd and 24th August.
The craft marquee hosts displays and demonstrations of a range of crafts and hobbies, with many of the items produced available for purchase by the public.
There are still some spaces available in this marquee, at a special rate of £15 per day, the only condition being that exhibitors must be prepared to demonstrate their craft to visitors as a hobby and not as a commercial trade.
There are also some outdoor spaces available for trade organisations and for fundraisers, although all refreshment franchises have been let.
