Cigarette thieves targeted Woodham petrol station after breaking into the shop on Sunday night.
Police are warning Newtonians to watch out for packets of 10 and 20 Richmond, Mayfair, Sovereign and Sterlings.
Anyone with information is asked to call 101, quoting reference DHM-24062013-0013.
