Bedale 1st XI v Newton Aycliffe 1st XI – weather was sunny and warm. Bedale won the toss and chose to bowl first.

Aycliffe’s first team suffered a very disappointing 7 wicket defeat away at relegation threatened Bedale 1st XI. Jack Slatcher (sponsored by Mr & Mrs Greaves) was given the man of the match award after his superb innings of 62, which included 10 boundaries. Aycliffe now sit just 7 points above the relegation places with 63 points from 7 games played.

Newton Aycliffe 2nd XI v Maltby 2nd XI – weather was warm and sunny. Aycliffe won the toss and chose to bat first.
Newton Aycliffe 2nd XI 123 all out after 25.3 overs
Ryan Patrick 29, Dave Richardson 23 and Dave Wright 14
Maltby 2nd XI 124 for 0 after 20.3 overs
The seconds put in a poor performance and were well beaten at home to high flying Maltby 2nd XI by ten wickets. Ryan Patrick (sponsored by Business Club Durham) was given the man of the match award for top scoring with 29 off just 30 balls and his innings included four boundaries.
