A young woman has been cautioned for a racist incident in Aycliffe at the weekend.
The 20-year-old female was arrested for Racially Aggravated Assault after she used racist and abusive language towards staff at a local pizza shop, before throwing coins at the staff and causing injury, on Sunday night.
