Newton Aycliffe’s Pixel Media Design has announced plans to launch an exciting new name, brand and website on October 4 following a recent merge.
All will be revealed over the next few weeks, with social media clues and videos to create suspense leading up to the launch of the new look of a company which looks set to hit new heights.
Pixel Media, created five years ago as a website and design specialist, has merged with Infuze Group, a Wix Code specialist company which will provide improved digital and software design services.
The Aycliffe Business Park-based team is working with clients across Europe, USA, Australasia, Middle East and the Far East. The service offering is about to take on even greater efficiency.
Both Pixel Media’s directors, Ian Proctor and business partner Graham Marsh, share a vision with Infuze Group’s, Dursley, Gloucestershire team – and the service they will provide is based on pushing the Wix platform beyond its limits.
“Scott Purslowe, an Infuze director, is one of only 20 Wix masters in the world, so Wix go to him to make things happen. Basically, that means we don’t have restrictions anymore,” said Ian.
“We can create Wix solutions that can do anything.”
A real benefit of Wix is the simple back-end management system that enables website owners to go in and update things themselves. It is easy to put blogs, video, and images onto your site, you can even do it from your phone.
Ian said: “It is power back to the people. We are helping businesses manage their own website properly without needing a Masters in IT.
“We can now build effective software solutions like Customer Relationship Management systems, HR software or other digital solutions that can automate large parts of business operations. With Scott onboard, we can solve big digital problems for our customers.
“Infuze are Wix Velo Masters and Pixel Media are Wix design experts, and the merge feels right for all the partners.”
Pixel Media started with Wix in 2017 and the platform is now becoming a real player in the world of websites and more recently, digital solutions.
Ian said: “24% of websites in the US are Wix, with only two per cent in the UK. As we merge, we become the largest Wix agency in Europe. Wix has 160M websites worldwide and has recently developed key partnerships with Google which has provided a real edge to the offering.
“We are excited to add the coding and software solutions to the already established website marketing and design offerings of the company.”
With plans in place, you can sense why Pixel Media is keen to shout about the partnership building up to the launch on October 4.
Ian added: “Once we hit the launch day, we have a week packed full of business support and networking opportunities.
“We are having a networking session on October 5, with a party at the office (Oct 8) and daily keynote speakers providing business support through our social media channels (Oct 4-8). So keep posted!”
Since its creation Pixel Media has gone from a two-man team to boasting 12 since the merger.
Ian said: “We are building a digital platform which will create further job opportunities within the business over the next six months.
“Following the merger, we expect continued growth over the next two years with more job opportunities for digital and marketing specialists.
“Although Wix is not new to the industry, our vision for the platform is and we expect to disrupt the status quo of the web and digital world as we know it in the UK and beyond.”
