Students from Greenfield Community College have been returning to site this week with guidelines in place to ensure a safe and positive learning experience.
The school says the resilience and commitment shown by students has been exceptional with valuable support from expert staff, families and carers.
Measures are in place for a comprehensive testing policy that will allow face-to-face learning, the school added.
“Students have been quick to ensure this a smooth process allowing maximum time for teaching and learning,” said a statement.
“Staff are thrilled to be able to see their students back on site and to continue a curriculum that includes blended learning to maximise the positive gains and student experience that have contributed to their recent achievements.
“Staff are trained and experienced at responding to student needs and will continue to support students in their learning through the adjustment of returning to the building for many.
“Expert teaching and support staff will continue to provide engaging learning opportunities and making this face-to-face learning a strong and positive experience through strong relationships and positive well-being; developing resilience, creativity, responsibility, reflection and collaboration through this exciting opportunity to be together in the school building space.”
