Whilst this past week has been quieter in terms of racing it was still a very successful week for the runners of the club.
Two of our newer members achieved PB’s at Sedgefield Parkrun on Saturday morning.
David Stothard achieved his PB of 24.32 and Sandrine Hall achieved 29.28 with the support of the club members along the way.

The final race of the week was another local race- Coxhoe Trail Run. This was over an approximate a six- mile off-road course and we had a number of members take part. Indeed two members were awarded with trophies for their placings.
