A Newton Aycliffe man has been banned from driving after being convicted of drink-driving.
Michael Gabryaniak, 31, of Deleval Close in the town, was banned from driving for 40 months, to be reduced if the defendant satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.
He was also fined £280 and to pay costs of £113 after being stopped on North Road driving a vehicle and exceeding the drink driving limit.
