Teesside business performance experts, Prismatic Thinking, have opened a new office in Newton Aycliffe as their expansion starts more quickly than anticipated.
Thanks to securing major contracts with the likes of the North East Chamber of Commerce (NECC), Crystal Galleries, QA Weldtech in Middlesbrough, national logistics company Yearsley Group and with many others across the North East in the pipeline, managing director Tony Slimmings has launched new premises on Aycliffe Industrial Park to assist with his business’s expansion plans and to reach clients more easily.
Two of his seven-strong team will be based at the new office, at St Cuthbert’s House, and Tony plans to create two further jobs at this site in the coming year. The rest of the team are based at Prismatic Thinking’s Stockton HQ at Teesdale.
Prismatic Thinking specialises in improving business productivity, performance, staff motivation and career development through increasing employee morale using specially-developed HR tools.
Tony established his company in June 2015 and has enjoyed steady growth during the first few months in business.
“I always planned to open a second office but not quite as quickly as this so it’s a great boost during our first year in business,” he said.
“Having an office in Stockton and also at Aycliffe allows us to cover the entire North East region easily and gives us great access to all major routes as we branch into Yorkshire too where we are getting many enquiries.
“Our aim is to be the go-to company for business improvement and business psychologists in the North of England as we offer exceptional expertise- usually only available in major cities such as London- at fair prices as we work with companies of all sizes.”
Prismatic works with a variety of organisation in both the public and private sectors to monitor levels of motivation amongst the workforce and increase productivity using its specially-developed online software, Vision.
The easy-to-use software, which Tony and his team spent two years stringently developing and testing, provides staff surveys to measure motivation, satisfaction, commitment, involvement, empowerment and engagement with the ultimate aim of supplying management with thorough, valid, reliable and practical data to help with development.
Prismatic Thinking’s tools can help organisations increase business performance by 30% and improve employee morale by 40% through its scientific approach to enhancing motivation.
Having worked closely with many HR departments throughout his career, Tony recognised a gap in the market for providing organisations with easy-to-use software to help them measure and improve the morale of their employees.
Last year saw Prismatic Thinking grow faster than anticipated with the company securing a major contract with the North East Chamber of Commerce (NECC) to provide them with its Vision software.
The company works in a variety of sectors including local authorities, schools and with manufacturing and engineering organisations as well as SMEs.
Prismatic Thinking’s new Aycliffe office is in St Cuthbert’s House on St Cuthbert’s Way, DL5 6DX. You can call them on 08000 806082 or find out more at www.prismaticthinking.com
