Newton Aycliffe FC aim to bounce back from consecutive defeats when they travel to near neighbours Northallerton Town on Saturday.
The Newtonians went down to a 4-2 defeat at home to fifth-placed Ashington in the Northern League first division on Tuesday night.
The league setback came off the back of Aycliffe’s 2-1 defeat at AFC Liverpool in the FA Vase last Sunday.
Colin Stromsoy’s side – currently sixth in the league table – travel to 17th-placed Northallerton on Saturday.
Kick-off at the Calvert Stadium is 3pm.
